How It Works
YIN-Lite Pitch Detection
Detects the fundamental frequency of your voice every 33 ms using the YIN algorithm, adapted for browser performance.
Note Conversion
Converts Hz to the nearest equal-tempered note (A4 = 440 Hz). The cents bar shows how sharp or flat you are - ±50¢ is one semitone.
No ML Model
No machine learning model is used. Analysis is done entirely with the YIN-Lite pitch detection algorithm. All processing happens in your browser and your audio never leaves your device.
